Settlement Bank Account definition

Settlement Bank Account means an interest-bearing bank account (if possible) at a bank chosen by the Settlement Administrator, in which the Settlement Fund shall be deposited upon the Funding Date.
Settlement Bank Account means the Customer’s account with the Bank nominated as such by the Customer and is the account:
Settlement Bank Account means the bank account under the name of Euroconsumers AISBL in Belgium into which the Settlement Fund shall be deposited and maintained as set forth in paragraph 18 below.

  • Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement, the Customer hereby agrees and undertakes that the Customer’s Mandate for the Account in respect of the Investment shall be the same as the Customer’s Mandate for the Settlement Bank Account for the time being in force and as may be amended by the Customer at any point in time.

  • Currency conversions may be carried out by the Card and Payment Schemes and/or your financial institution that holds your Settlement Bank Account if you accept or deposit payments in currencies other than the Settlement Currencies.

Related to Settlement Bank Account

  • Client Bank Account means an account held in the name of the Client with a Bank and/or other institution and/or any electronic payment provider and/or a credit card processor; and/or an account held in the name of the Company on behalf of the Client with a Bank and/or other institution and/or any electronic payment provider and/or a credit card processor.

  • Settlement Bank means a participant whose PM account or sub-account is used to settle AS payment instructions,

  • Seller’s Bank Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(b).

  • Purchase Price Bank Account means a bank account in the United States to be designated by the Seller in a written notice to the Purchaser at least five Business Days before the Closing.

  • Bank Account means one or more accounts opened, maintained and operated by the Portfolio Manager with any of the Scheduled Commercial Banks in accordance with the agreement entered into with the Client.

  • Nominated Bank Account means MDL’s bank account as notified by MDL to the other Party from time to time.

  • Concentration Account Bank means any bank or other financial institution at which the Concentration Account is maintained.

  • Treasury Management Bank means (a) any Person that is a Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender at the time that it becomes a party to a Treasury Management Agreement with any Loan Party and (b) any Lender or Affiliate of a Lender that is a party to a Treasury Management Agreement with any Loan Party in existence on the Closing Date.

  • Deposit Account Bank means a financial institution selected or approved by the Administrative Agent.

  • Collection Account Bank means any of the banks or other financial institutions holding one or more Collection Accounts.

  • Designated Account Bank has the meaning specified therefor in Schedule D-1 to the Agreement (or such other bank that is located within the United States that has been designated as such, in writing, by Borrowers to Agent).

  • Bank Accounts means those account(s) opened and maintained for the Trust by the Trustee at Banks, the beneficial ownerships in which shall vest in the Unit Holder(s).

  • Blocked Account Bank means each bank with whom deposit accounts are maintained in which any funds of any of the Loan Parties from one or more DDAs are concentrated and with whom a Blocked Account Agreement has been, or is required to be, executed in accordance with the terms hereof.

  • Relevant Banking Day means a day on which commercial banks are open for business (including dealings in foreign exchange and foreign currency deposits) in the place where the specified office of the Registrar is located and, in the case only of an exchange of a Bearer Note for a Registered Note where such request for exchange is made to the Principal Paying Agent, in the place where the specified office of the Principal Paying Agent is located;

  • Collateral Account Bank a bank which at all times is a Collateral Agent or a Lender or an affiliate thereof as selected by the relevant Grantor and consented to in writing by the Collateral Agent (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed).

  • New York Banking Day means any day except a Saturday, Sunday or a legal holiday in The City of New York or a day on which banking institutions in The City of New York are authorized or obligated by law, regulation or executive order to be closed.

  • Account Bank means any of them.

  • International banking institution means an international financial institution of which the United States is a member and whose securities are exempt from registration under the Securities Act of 1933.

  • Cash Management Bank means any Person that, at the time it enters into a Cash Management Agreement, is a Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender, in its capacity as a party to such Cash Management Agreement.

  • Agency Account means any deposit account opened on the books of a Subcustodian or other banking institution in accordance with Section 7.1.

  • Correspondent Bank means the overseas bank with whom a member maintains its account for Clearing and Settlement of that member‟s forex trades.

  • Blocked Account Banks means the banks with whom deposit accounts are maintained in which material amounts (as reasonably determined by the Administrative Agent) of funds of any of the Loan Parties from one or more DDAs are concentrated and with whom a Blocked Account Agreement has been, or is required to be, executed in accordance with the terms hereof.
