Settlement Bank Account definition

Settlement Bank Account means an interest-bearing bank account (if possible) at a bank chosen by the Settlement Administrator, in which the Settlement Fund shall be deposited upon the Funding Date.
Settlement Bank Account means the Customer’s account with the Bank nominated as such by the Customer and is the account:
Settlement Bank Account means the bank account under the name of Euroconsumers AISBL in Belgium into which the Settlement Fund shall be deposited and maintained as set forth in paragraph 18 below.

  • Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement, the Customer hereby agrees and undertakes that the Customer’s Mandate for the Account in respect of the Investment shall be the same as the Customer’s Mandate for the Settlement Bank Account for the time being in force and as may be amended by the Customer at any point in time.

  • It is further agreed and clarified that any and all monies owing to the Trader/Investor as a result of this Agreement generally will be paid after SGT's Settlement Bank Account is credited by its counterparties or Liquidity Providers.

  • The User understands and acknowledges that XXXX shall only process the withdrawal of funds in its XXXX Wallet by nominating a Settlement Bank Account, accomplishing the Withdrawal Form in the XXXX App, and successfully confirming the withdrawal instruction by inputting the correct OTP sent to the User’s designated mobile number and/or a XXXX-operated authentication application.

  • Provided that your Settlement Bank Account is located in the EEA, we will credit the financial institution who holds your Settlement Bank Account with your Settlement amounts no later than the end of each Working Day (subject to the terms relating to Settlement as set out in these Terms).

  • You agree to provide us with complete and accurate information concerning your Settlement Bank Account and if for any reason we are unable to Settle funds to your Settlement Bank Account, (or under certain circumstances, receive funds from your Settlement Bank Account to pay us amounts you owe us), you agree to open and maintain a separate Settlement Bank Account in your name (or such other name as expressly approved by us in writing) which allows us to do so.

  • Client Bank Account means an account held in the name of the Client with a Bank and/or other institution and/or any electronic payment provider and/or a credit card processor; and/or an account held in the name of the Company on behalf of the Client with a Bank and/or other institution and/or any electronic payment provider and/or a credit card processor.

  • Settlement Bank means a participant whose PM account or sub-account is used to settle AS payment instructions,

  • Seller’s Bank Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(b).

  • Purchase Price Bank Account means a bank account in the United States to be designated by the Seller in a written notice to the Purchaser at least five Business Days before the Closing.

  • Account Bank Agreement means the account bank agreement dated 15 August 2018 between the Issuer, the Trustee and The Bank of New York Mellon, London branch as the same may be amended, restated, amended and restated, novated, varied, supplemented, substituted, assigned, extended or otherwise replaced or redesignated from time to time;

  • Investment Bank means each of those reputable internationally recognised investment banks, selected from time to time as First Choice Investment Banks or as a Third Investment Bank in terms of Section 1.4 or Section 1.5 of the Subscription Agreement (as the case may be), whose Mandate Letters remain effective.

  • Designated Bank Account means the relevant bank account designated by each Holder;

  • Authorized Bank Account means any Officially Designated bank account to which redemption proceeds may be sent.

  • Bank Account means one or more accounts opened, maintained and operated by the Portfolio Manager with any of the Scheduled Commercial Banks in accordance with the agreement entered into with the Client.

  • Nominated Bank Account means MDL’s bank account as notified by MDL to the other Party from time to time.

  • Settlement Lead Manager means Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, “Stabilising Manager” means Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch and “Subscription Agreement” means the Underwriting Agreement. Clause 3 of the Agreement Among Managers shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with Section 8 of the Underwriting Agreement.

  • Concentration Account Bank shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.01(e)(i).

  • Treasury Management Bank means (a) any Person that is a Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender at the time that it becomes a party to a Treasury Management Agreement with any Loan Party and (b) any Lender or Affiliate of a Lender that is a party to a Treasury Management Agreement with any Loan Party in existence on the Closing Date.

  • Deposit Account Bank means a financial institution selected or approved by the Administrative Agent.

  • Collection Account Bank means any of the banks or other financial institutions holding one or more Collection Accounts.

  • Designated Account Bank has the meaning specified therefor in Schedule D-1 to the Agreement (or such other bank that is located within the United States that has been designated as such, in writing, by Borrowers to Agent).

  • Bank Accounts means those account(s) opened and maintained for the Trust by the Trustee at Banks, the beneficial ownerships in which shall vest in the Unit Holder(s).

  • Settlement Administrator means the third party settlement administrator proposed by the Parties, as approved by the Court.

  • Blocked Account Bank means each bank with whom deposit accounts are maintained in which any funds of any of the Loan Parties from one or more DDAs are concentrated and with whom a Blocked Account Agreement has been, or is required to be, executed in accordance with the terms hereof.

  • Relevant Banking Day means a day on which commercial banks are open for business (including dealings in foreign exchange and foreign currency deposits) in the place where the specified office of the Registrar is located and, in the case only of an exchange of a Bearer Note for a Registered Note where such request for exchange is made to the Principal Paying Agent, in the place where the specified office of the Principal Paying Agent is located;

  • Collateral Account Bank a bank which at all times is a Collateral Agent or a Lender or an affiliate thereof as selected by the relevant Grantor and consented to in writing by the Collateral Agent (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed).

  • New York Banking Day means any day except a Saturday, Sunday or a legal holiday in The City of New York or a day on which banking institutions in The City of New York are authorized or obligated by law, regulation or executive order to be closed.

  • Account Bank means any of them.

  • International banking institution means an international financial institution of which the United States is a member and whose securities are exempt from registration under the Securities Act of 1933.

  • Settlement Administration Costs means all costs and fees of the Settlement Administrator regarding Notice and Settlement administration.

  • Cash Management Bank means any Person that, at the time it enters into a Cash Management Agreement, is a Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender, in its capacity as a party to such Cash Management Agreement.
