Settlement Bank means a participant whose PM account or sub-account is used to settle AS payment instructions,
Settlement means the settlement provided for in this Agreement.
management body means a management body as defined in Article 4(1)(36) of Directive 2014/65/EU;
Settlement Agent means, with respect to any Transaction the subject of which is a Wet-Ink Mortgage Loan, the entity approved by Buyer, in its sole good-faith discretion, which may be a title company, escrow company or attorney in accordance with local law and practice in the jurisdiction where the related Wet-Ink Mortgage Loan is being originated. A Settlement Agent is deemed approved unless Buyer notifies Seller otherwise at any time electronically or in writing.
Settlement Cycle means the period of Clearance System Business Days following a transaction on the Relevant Exchange in the Underlying, during which period settlement will customarily take place according to the rules of such Relevant Exchange.
NHS body has the meaning given to it in section 275 of the National Health Service Act 2006 as amended by section 138(2)(c) of Schedule 4 to the Health and Social Care Act 2012;
Settlement Claim means a claim for settlement benefits made under the terms of this Settlement Agreement.
Dead body means a lifeless human body or such parts of a human body or the bones thereof from the state of which it reasonably may be concluded that death recently occurred.
Settlement Lead Manager means Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, “Stabilising Manager” means Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch and “Subscription Agreement” means the Underwriting Agreement. Clause 3 of the Agreement Among Managers shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with Section 8 of the Underwriting Agreement.
Settlement Payment means the transfer, or contractual undertaking (including by automated clearing house transaction) to effect a transfer, of cash or other property to effect a Settlement.
Crown Body means any department, office or executive agency of the Crown;
Settlement Hearing means the hearing set by the Court under Rule 23(e)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure to consider final approval of the Settlement.
Settlement Administrator means the third party settlement administrator proposed by the Parties, as approved by the Court.
Settlement Notice has the meaning specified in Section 14.02(a)(iii).
approved body means an educational establishment or a body that is not conducted for profit.
Hearing Body or “Hearing Panel” means any person or persons authorized by the University Vice President for Student Affairs, Community College Dean of Students or Charter Oak State College Provost to determine whether a student has violated the Code and to impose sanctions as warranted, including a hearing officer or hearing board.
Local Body means urban local body with different nomenclature such as municipal corporation, municipality, nagarpalika, nagarnigam, nagarpanchayat, municipal council including notified area committee (NAC) and not limited to or any other local body constituted under the relevant statutes such as gram panchayat, where the management of plastic waste is entrusted to such agency;
Viatical settlement broker means a person, including a life insurance producer as provided for in section 508E.3, who, working exclusively on behalf of a viator and for a fee, commission, or other valuable consideration, offers or attempts to negotiate viatical settlement contracts between a viator and one or more viatical settlement providers or one or more viatical settlement brokers. Notwithstanding the manner in which the viatical settlement broker is compensated, a viatical settlement broker is deemed to represent only the viator, and not the insurer or the viatical settlement provider, and owes a fiduciary duty to the viator to act according to the viator’s instructions and in the best interest of the viator. “Viatical settlement broker” does not include an attorney, certified public accountant, or a financial planner accredited by a nationally recognized accreditation agency who is retained to represent the viator and whose compensation is not paid directly or indirectly by the viatical settlement provider or purchaser.
Settlement Time means any time within two Business Days immediately following the Creation Order Date or the Redemption Order Date, as applicable.
Competent Body means any body that has authority to issue standards or recommendations with which either Party must comply
Settlement Amount has the meaning specified in Section 14.02(a)(iv).
Settlement Costs means all costs incurred by the Settlement Class and their attorneys, including but not limited to Plaintiffs’ attorneys’ fees, their costs of suit, Plaintiffs’ expert or consultant fees, any incentive payments paid to the Class Representatives, notice costs, costs of Claims Administration, and all other costs of administering the settlement.
Settlement Class means, in respect of each Proceeding, the settlement class defined in Schedule A.
Settlement Price means the agreed upon price at which to purchase and sell a specified type and quantity of a commodity.
Settlement Unit means each hour in a day divided into hour-long periods starting at 00:00 on such day.
Settlement Dates As determined pursuant to Section 9.4 of the Equity Definitions, subject to Section 9(k)(i) hereof.
