Settlement Claim Period definition

Settlement Claim Period means the time period in which Class Members may submit a Settlement Claim Form for review to the Class Action Settlement Administrator. The Settlement Claim Period shall begin on the date the Preliminary Approval Order is entered and end 90 days after the Final Effective Date. The Settlement Claim Period shall be specified in the Summary Settlement Notice, Short Form Notice, Long Form Notice, and on the Settlement website.

  • The Long Form Notice and Settlement website shall include the Settlement Claim Form, which shall be in a form substantially similar to the document attached to this Agreement as Exhibit 9, and which shall inform the Class Member that he, she or it must fully complete and timely return the Settlement Claim Form within the Settlement Claim Period to be eligible to obtain a payment pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Indemnity Claim has the meaning set forth in Section 8.3.

  • Settlement Payment means the transfer, or contractual undertaking (including by automated clearing house transaction) to effect a transfer, of cash or other property to effect a Settlement.

  • Settlement Class means, in respect of each Proceeding, the settlement class defined in Schedule A.

  • Indemnity Escrow Amount means $5,000,000.

  • Third Party Claim Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.5(a).

  • Settlement Class Counsel means and refers to Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, & XxXxxxx, P.C.

  • Settlement Costs means all costs incurred by Plaintiff, the Settlement Class Members, and their attorneys, including but not limited to Plaintiff’s attorneys’ fees, costs of suit, Plaintiff’s expert or consultant fees, any incentive payments paid to the Class Representative, notice costs, costs of claims administration, and all other costs of administering the Settlement Agreement.

  • Settlement Class Period means the period from and including January 1, 2000 through July 20, 2021.

  • Claim Objection Deadline means the first Business Day that is 180 days after the Effective Date, as may be extended by order of the Bankruptcy Court.
