Settlement Class Administrator definition

Settlement Class Administrator means JND Legal Administration (“JND”), the neutral third party selected by Settlement Class Counsel that will, subject to Court approval, administer the settlement of claims by the Settlement Class and effectuate Notice and otherwise administer the Settlement.
Settlement Class Administrator or “Settlement Administrator” means, subject to Court approval, American Legal Claim Services, LLC, which is the firm retained by the Parties to issue notice to the Settlement Class Members and to administer the Settlement.

  • Settlement Administrator means the administrator proposed by the Parties and appointed by the Court to administer the Settlement.

  • Settlement Cycle means the period of Clearance System Business Days following a transaction on the Relevant Exchange in the Underlying, during which period settlement will customarily take place according to the rules of such Relevant Exchange.
