Settlement Cut definition

Settlement Cut. Off means, in respect of a FX Conversion or Payment, the time and date where sufficient cleared funds must be in your Wallet in order to fund the relevant transaction which will generally be the time and date on which the relevant Confirmation is issued by Airwallex, unless a different time is specified in the Confirmation or otherwise notified to you through the Airwallex Platform. Supported Currency means, in respect of each feature of a Service, each currency approved by Airwallex from time to time that can be collected, exchanged and/or paid out (as applicable) using that feature through the Airwallex Platform.

Notwithstanding the manner in which the viatical settlement broker is compensated, a viatical settlement broker is deemed to represent only the viator, and not the insurer or the viatical settlement provider, and owes a fiduciary duty to the viator to act according to the viator’s instructions and in the best interest of the viator. “Viatical settlement broker” does not include an attorney, certified public accountant, or a financial planner accredited by a nationally recognized accreditation agency who is retained to represent the viator and whose compensation is not paid directly or indirectly by the viatical settlement provider or purchaser.

  • Gross Settlement Amount means $633,000.00 which is the total amount Defendant agrees to pay under the Settlement except as provided in Paragraph 9 below. The Gross Settlement Amount will be used to pay Individual Class Payments, Individual PAGA Payments, the LWDA PAGA Payment, Class Counsel Fees, Class Counsel Expenses, Class Representative Service Payment and the Administrator’s Expenses.

  • PJM Settlement or “PJM Settlement, Inc.” shall mean PJM Settlement, Inc. (or its successor), established by PJM as set forth in Operating Agreement, section 3.3. PJM Tariff, Xxxxxx, O.A.T.T., OATT or PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff: “PJM Tariff,” “Tariff,” “O.A.T.T.,” “OATT,” or “PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff” shall mean that certain PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff, including any schedules, appendices or exhibits attached thereto, on file with FERC and as amended from time to time thereafter. A Settlement Agent is deemed approved unless Buyer notifies Seller otherwise at any time electronically or in writing.

  • Daily Settlement Price means the settlement price for a Swap calculated each Business Day by or on behalf of BSEF. The Daily Settlement Price can be expressed in currency, spread, yield or any other appropriate measure commonly used in swap markets.

  • Maximum Settlement Amount means $500,000,000 as amended or modified in accordance with Appendix E.

  • Resettlement means the impact of an involuntary taking of land under the Project, which taking causes affected persons to have their: (i) standard of living adversely affected; or (ii) right, title or interest in any house, land (including premises, agricultural and grazing land) or any other fixed or movable asset acquired or possessed, temporarily or permanently; or (iii) access to productive assets adversely affected, temporarily or permanently; or (iv) business, occupation, work or place of residence or habitat adversely affected, temporarily or permanently.

  • Settlement Notice has the meaning specified in Section 14.02(a)(iii).

  • Physical Settlement Amount For any Settlement Date for which Physical Settlement is applicable, an amount in cash equal to the product of (a) the Forward Price in effect on the relevant Settlement Date multiplied by (b) the Settlement Shares for such Settlement Date.

  • Judgment Currency has the meaning specified in Section 10.19.

  • Cash Settlement Averaging Period means, with respect to a Security that is tendered for conversion in accordance with this Article X, the twenty (20) consecutive Trading-Day period that begins on, and includes, the third (3rd) Trading Day after the Conversion Date for such Security; provided, however, that if such Conversion Date is on or after the twenty third (23rd) scheduled Trading Day prior to the Maturity Date, then the Cash Settlement Averaging Period with respect to such conversion shall be the twenty (20) consecutive Trading-Day period that begins on and includes the twentieth (20th) scheduled Trading Day prior to the Maturity Date.

  • Settlement Class means, in respect of each Proceeding, the settlement class defined in Schedule A.

  • Judgment Currency Conversion Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 11.18(a).

  • Final Settlement means permanent settlement of the Contractor’s actual allowable costs or expenditures as determined at the time of audit, which shall be completed within three years of the date the year-end cost settlement report was accepted for interim settlement by the State. If the audit is not completed within three years, the interim settlement shall be considered as the final settlement.
