Arbitration Costs definition

Arbitration Costs has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 14. (b) “Assignee” has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 7(a)(1).
Arbitration Costs. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration except that the fees and charges of the arbitrator shall be shared equally by the parties. Jurisdiction of the Arbitrator: The arbitrator shall have no power to alter, add to, or subtract from the terms of this Agreement. The arbitrator’s decision shall be based upon the specific provisions of this Agreement. This arbitration provision shall be for grievances only. There shall be no interest in arbitration.

More Definitions of Arbitration Costs

Arbitration Costs has the meaning set forth in §11.10(d) above.
