Examples of Seventeenth Amendment Effective Date in a sentence
Delivery of an executed signature page of this Agreement (or any notice or agreement delivered pursuant to the terms hereof) by facsimile transmission or electronic transmission shall be as effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart hereof; provided that the Obligors shall deliver originals of all applicable documents referenced in this Agreement by no later than three (3) Business Days after the Third Forbearance Amendment and Seventeenth Amendment Effective Date.
The term of this Seventeenth Amendment will commence on the Seventeenth Amendment Effective Date shall extend through the First Amendment Term.

Each Secured Loan Party shall also (a) keep a reporting system that shows all additions, sales, claims, returns, and allowances with respect to its sales, and (b) maintain its billing systems/practices substantially as in effect as of the Seventeenth Amendment Effective Date and shall only make material adverse modifications thereto with notice to, and with the consent of, Agent.
