Severity Levels means the classification of various types of problems or errors that may arise during the testing, inspection or operation of the Product. This shall be defined in the Schedule A1 (Testing Procedure and Inspection Criteria).

2.7.4 Severity 4 – Minor Business Impact: Your work is not being impeded at this time, and most of the users can use the Software. Information is requested or reported, or an isolated problem has occurred;
