SG Money Market Facility definition

SG Money Market Facility means the Money Market Facility in the amount of $30,000,000 made available to Borrowers by SG pursuant to a Letter Agreement between Borrower and SG.
SG Money Market Facility means the credit facility in the amount of $30,000,000 made available to Borrower by Societe Generale pursuant to the SG Money Market Credit Agreement.

  • Money Market Yield means a yield (expressed as a percentage) calculated in accordance with the following formula: Money Market Yield = D x 360 x 100 where “D” refers to the applicable per annum rate for commercial paper quoted on a bank discount basis and expressed as a decimal, and “M” refers to the actual number of days in the applicable Interest Reset Period.

  • Commercial Paper Notes means short-term promissory notes issued or to be issued by a Conduit Purchaser to fund its investments in accounts receivable or other financial assets.

  • Approved Bank shall have the meaning set forth in the definition of “Cash Equivalents.”

  • Money Market LIBOR Loan means a loan to be made by a Bank pursuant to a LIBOR Auction (including such a loan bearing interest at the Base Rate pursuant to Section 8.01(a)).

  • Current Maturities of Long Term Debt as of a given date means the amount of the Borrower's long-term debt and capitalized leases which became due during the applicable period ending on the designated date.

  • Bank Bonds means any Bonds purchased with moneys received under the Letter of Credit in connection with a Liquidity Drawing and held by the Tender Agent, or its agent, in each case, for the account of the Issuing Bank.

  • Eligible Investments Any one or more of the following obligations or securities:

  • NAIC Approved Bank means a bank that is a bank listed on the most current “List of Qualified U.S. Financial Institutions” approved by the NAIC (the “NAIC Approved Bank List”) (or any branch or related entity of such bank that qualifies as a Qualified U.S. Financial Institution in accordance with the Purposes and Procedures Manual of the NAIC Investment Analysis Office).

  • Financial Instrument Obligations means obligations arising under:

  • Investment Obligations means and include, except as otherwise provided in the Supplemental Indenture providing for the authorization of Bonds, any of the following securities, if and to the extent that such securities are legal investments for funds of the Issuer;

  • Treasury Management Obligations means, collectively, all obligations and other liabilities of any Loan Parties pursuant to any agreements governing the provision to such Loan Parties of treasury or cash management services, including deposit accounts, funds transfer, automated clearing house, zero balance accounts, returned check concentration, controlled disbursement, lockbox, account reconciliation and reporting and trade finance services.

  • Approved Deposit Account means a Deposit Account that is the subject of an effective Deposit Account Control Agreement and that is maintained by any Loan Party with a Deposit Account Bank. “Approved Deposit Account” includes all monies on deposit in a Deposit Account and all certificates and instruments, if any, representing or evidencing such Deposit Account.

  • Approved Investment means any type of security, instrument, participation or interest in property, as set forth on Schedule I hereto (which may be amended from time to time by execution of a revised Schedule I, I-A or I-B) in which Cash Collateral may be invested or reinvested by Bank in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Article IV hereof.

  • Money Market Absolute Rate has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(d).
