Shadow toll payments from the SCT means, as with respect to CONIPSA and/or COVIQSA, the traffic payments received from the SCT in respect of the Irapuato-La Piedad and Querétaro-Irapuato highways pursuant to the relevant PPS agreement. A delayed contribution payment shall be deposited to the member's account and considered as accumulated contributions of the individual member. In determining payments under this subsection, the formula found in this subsection shall prevail over the one found in KRS 212.434;

  • Advance Reimbursement Amount has the meaning stated in Section 4.4(b) of the Servicing Supplement.
