Examples of Shanghai Nuoxin in a sentence

  • Shanghai Nobo shall have entered into an agreement with Shanghai Nuoxin to transfer its assets (as listed in Exhibit H hereto, including without limitation all of its business contracts entered into with its suppliers/customers) to Shanghai Nuoxin in form and substance satisfactory to the Investor (the “Asset Transfer Agreement”).

  • The Company shall have made the capital contributions to Shanghai Nuoxin in accordance with its articles of association, or shall have obtained an approval from the Government Authority approving capital contribution extension.

  • The Company or the PRC Companies shall have renewed the lease agreement (the “Shanghai Nuoxin Lease”) for the Shanghai Nuoxin leased facility upon substantially similar terms as the current Shanghai Nuoxin Lease (including with respect to price no less favorable to the Company or its Subsidiaries than those currently in effect).

  • Following the Initial Closing and no later than November 27, 2010, Eastern Xxxxx shall have contributed all capital contributions to Shanghai Nuoxin and updated all registration certificates of Shanghai Nuoxin reflecting its fully contributed registered capital.

  • The Company and Shanghai Nuoxin have no employees as of the date of this Agreement.

  • Lease Agreement of Office Building dated November 1, 2009 between Xx. Xxxx Xxxx Xxx and Shanghai Nuoxin.

  • The Company holds 100% outstanding shares of Eastern Xxxxx, and Eastern Xxxxx holds 100% equity interest of each of Shanghai Nuoxin and Jiangxi Nobao.

  • The Lease Agreement of Office Building dated November 1, 2009 between the Founder and Shanghai Nuoxin is not registered with the relevant PRC Government Authority.

  • The HK Subsidiary owns hundred percent (100%) of the registered capital of Shanghai Nuoxin (on a fully diluted basis), which is free and clear of any Encumbrance.

  • China means the People’s Republic of China, excluding, for purposes of this Agreement, Hong Kong, the Macau Special Administrative Region of the PRC and Taiwan.

  • HKFE means the Hong Kong Futures Exchange Limited;

  • CJI means criminal justice information collected by criminal justice agencies needed for the performance of their authorized functions, including, without limitation, all information defined as criminal justice information by the U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Criminal Justice Information Services Security Policy, as amended and all Criminal Justice Records as defined under §24-72-302, C.R.S.

  • WFOE has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Asia means Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Macau, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, and Thailand.

  • PRC means the People’s Republic of China, but solely for the purposes of this Agreement, excluding Hong Kong, the Macau Special Administrative Region and the islands of Taiwan.

  • LTD means NMC Healthcare Limited (in administration);

  • Mainland China means the People's Republic of China but excluding Hong Kong and Macau;

  • HK$ Hong Kong dollars, the lawful currency of Hong Kong;

  • CJA means the Courts of Justice Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. C-43, as amended;

  • HKMA means the Hong Kong Monetary Authority;

  • HK Company shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the preamble of this Agreement.

  • PAN means the Personal Access Number created by a User in accordance with the Operating Instructions for use by that User with that User’s OPEN24 Number.

  • Information technology services means services designed to do any of the following:

  • SAI means Statement of Additional Information.

  • Europe means the European Union, the European Economic Area and/or their member states, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

  • Information Technologies means all information processing and communications-related hardware, Software, supplies, and consumable items that the Supplier is required to supply and install under the Contract.

  • Information Technology means computers, software, databases, firmware, middleware, servers, workstations, networks, systems, routers, hubs, switches, data communications lines, and all other information technology equipment and associated documentation.
