Share Repurchase Plan definition

Share Repurchase Plan means the Share Repurchase Plan, attached hereto as Schedule A, as amended, modified, revised or restated from time to time.
Share Repurchase Plan means the REIT’s share repurchase plan, as in effect from time to time and as more fully described in the REIT’s prospectus in connection with its continuous public offering of its common stock pursuant to an effective Registration Statement on Form S-11 (including any replacement registration statement subsequently filed).
Share Repurchase Plan means the Borrower’s share repurchase plan as approved by its Board of Directors and described in the Borrower’s public announcement on September 9, 2004, pursuant to which the Borrower is authorized to expend $100,000,000 to purchase shares of its Common Stock.

  • If the Company requires the mandatory repurchase of any Shares, such repurchase will not be subject to the repurchase limits under the Share Repurchase Plan, including any repurchase limitations set forth therein, unless otherwise determined by the Board of Directors in its sole discretion.

Share Repurchase Plan means each of (i) the US$3,000,000 share repurchase program of the Company approved on March 22, 2010, (ii) the US$2,000,000 share repurchase program of the Company approved on June 2, 2010; (iii) the 2010 share repurchase program of Shanda Games approved on March 1, 2010; and (iv) the 2006 stock repurchase program of Ku6 approved in February 2006.
Share Repurchase Plan means the share repurchase plan of the Company, with such modifications as approved by the Board from time to time.
