Share Subscription definition

Share Subscription means the subscription by the Subscriber for the Subscription Shares on and subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement;

Share Subscription shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(c).

Share Subscription has the meaning given to it in Clause 5.10.
