Share Unit Plan definition

Share Unit Plan means the amended and restated share unit plan of the Company dated as of April 28, 2021.

Share Unit Plan means the share unit plan of the company under which the Company's directors, officers, employees and consultants may be awarded PSUs or RSUs.

Share Unit Plan means the Amended and Restated Share Unit Plan for non-employee directors of Emergis (1999) dated as of April 6, 2006, as amended or supplemented from time to time;
