Shared Excess Finance Charge Collections definition

Shared Excess Finance Charge Collections means, with respect to any Distribution Date, as the context requires, either (a) the aggregate amount of Collections of Finance Charge Receivables allocated to the Series 2007-1 Certificates but available to cover Finance Charge Shortfalls for other Series in Group One, if any, or (b) the aggregate amount of Collections of Finance Charge Receivables and other amounts allocable to other Series in Group One in excess of the amounts necessary to make required payments with respect to such Series, if any, and available to cover any Finance Charge Shortfall with respect to the Series 2007-1 Certificates as described in Section 4.14.
Shared Excess Finance Charge Collections means, with respect to any Transfer Date, the aggregate amount for all outstanding Series that the related Supplements specify are to be treated as “Shared Excess Finance Charge Collections” for such Transfer Date.

Shared Excess Finance Charge Collections means, for any Collection Period, the aggregate amount for all outstanding Series in Group One of Collections of Finance Charge Receivables which the related Supplements specify are to be treated as "Shared Excess Finance Charge Collections" for such Collection Period.
