Shared Locations definition

Shared Locations means real property set forth on Section 2.9 of the Disclosure Letter.

Shared Locations means real property set forth on Seller Schedule 2.6.

• The Non-Owning Party may make cosmetic improvements to the Shared Locations so long as the Non-Owning Party pays for the full amount of such improvements or as otherwise agreed in writing by the parties.

More Definitions of Shared Locations

Shared Locations means, collectively, the real properties identified on Section 1.1(e) of the Disclosure Letter, which are to be subject to the Shared Space Agreements.
