Retained Real Property definition

Retained Real Property means all real property owned, leased or used by Seller Parent or any of its Affiliates, other than the Owned Real Property and the Leased Real Property.
Retained Real Property has the meaning set forth in Section 1.2(l).
Retained Real Property means the parcels of real estate set forth and described on Annex VII attached hereto.

More Definitions of Retained Real Property

Retained Real Property means the Real Property retained by WISCO or G-P.
