Shared Security Documents definition

Shared Security Documents means, collectively, the pledge or charge agreements and any other agreements or instruments that, including the Intercreditor Agreement, may evidence or create any security interest in favor of the Shared Security Agent in any or all of the Shared Collateral.
Shared Security Documents means Phase 1 Common Transaction Security Documents and Phase 2 Common Transaction Security Documents.
Shared Security Documents has the meaning given to such term in the Intercreditor Agreement.

More Definitions of Shared Security Documents

Shared Security Documents means any documents entered into by the Company or any other person securing liabilities due under or in respect of any Old Notes Document, including but not limited to (i) the MCCL Share Charge; and (ii) the MCCSARL Share Pledge in favour of the Shared Security Agent.
Shared Security Documents means each Security Document which creates or evidences, or purports to create or evidence, Liens on the Collateral which secure the Secured Obligations in a single agreement and through a single lien.
