Shareholder Equity definition
Shareholder Equity means an amount equal to shareholders’ equity or net worth of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis, as determined in accordance with GAAP.

Shareholder Equity means Total Assets less Total Liabilities and "Total Assets" means at any time, in accordance with GAAP, the consolidated book value of all assets (both tangible and intangible) owned by the Borrower at the relevant time and "Total Liabilities" means at any time, the consolidated book value of long term and short term debt and other liabilities which in accordance with GAAP shall be included in a balance sheet.
