Shelter group definition

Shelter group means a cohort of no more than fifteen (15) employees living and working together, in accordance with WAC 246-358-002(e) and WAC 296-307- 16102(e).
Shelter group means ShelterCo together with each Person that is a Subsidiary of ShelterCo after the Effective Time, and shall include those entities identified as such on Schedule 1.1(128).
