Ship Manager definition

Ship Manager means Seaspan Ship Management Ltd. or any successor thereof permitted in accordance with this Agreement.
Ship Manager means ROW Management, Ltd., a company organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas.

  • In the event that the Maritime Administration has any reason to be dissatisfied with the qualifications, conduct, or performance of any person employed by the Ship Manager, the Maritime Administration will notify the Ship Manager and the Ship Manager shall investigate the matter and take appropriate corrective action as warranted.
