Shipbuilding Contract means each of the Vessel A Shipbuilding Contract and the Vessel B Shipbuilding Contract and in the plural means both of them;
Insurance holding company system means a group of two or more affiliated persons, at least one of whom is an insurer.
Holding Companies means, collectively, the Company and Holdings, and each is a “Holding Company”.
Bidding Company shall refer to such single company that has made a Response to RFP for the Project;
Chartered bus means a passenger bus, coach, or other motor vehicle provided by
banking company means a banking company as defined in clause (c) of section 5 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 (10 of 1949);
Production company means a person or entity engaged in the business of making motion picture, television, or radio images for theatrical, commercial, advertising, or education purposes; Reserved
Bank Holding Company means a company registered as such with the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System pursuant to 12 U.S.C. §1842 and the regulations of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System thereunder.
Leasing company means that term as defined in 49 USC 14504a.
financial holding company means a financial holding company as defined in point (20) of Article 4(1) of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013;
Next Michigan development corporation means that term as defined in section 3 of the next Michigan development act, 2010 PA 275, MCL 125.2953.
Holding Company means, in relation to a person, any other person in respect of which it is a Subsidiary.
Operating Company means an “operating company” within the meaning of 29 C.F.R. §2510.3-101(c) of the Plan Asset Regulations.
Project Company means Company incorporated by the bidder as per Indian Laws in accordance with Clause no 3.5.
Building Contract means a contract entered into between the Grant Recipient and a Building Contractor relating to the construction, repair, refurbishment, conversion, development and/or Rehabilitation (as applicable) of a Firm Scheme; Building Contractor means any building contractor or developer appointed or to be appointed by the Grant Recipient in respect of a Firm Scheme; Business Day means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or a statutory Bank Holiday in England;
mixed financial holding company means a mixed financial holding company as defined in point (21) of Article 4(1) of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013;
Renewable energy facility means an electric generation unit or other facility or installation that produces electric energy using a Renewable Energy Source.
boycott energy companies has the meaning used in Section 809.001 of the Texas Government Code, as amended. The Professional understands “affiliate” to mean an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Professional and exists to make a profit.
Founding Companies has the meaning set forth in the third recital of this Agreement.
boycott energy company means “without an ordinary business purpose, refusing to deal with, terminating business activities with, or otherwise taking any action intended to penalize, inflict economic harm on, or limit commercial relations with a company because the company (a) engages in the exploration, production, utilization, transportation, sale, or manufacturing of fossil fuel-based energy and does not commit or pledge to meet environmental standards beyond applicable federal and state law, or (b) does business with a company described by paragraph (a).” (See Tex. Gov. Code 809.001). When applicable, does Vendor certify? Yes, Vendor certifies business entity that enters into a contract with a school district must give advance notice to the district if the person or an owner or operator of the business entity has been convicted of a felony. The notice must include a general description of the conduct resulting in the conviction of a felony.” Subsection (b) states, "a school district may terminate a contract with a person or business entity if the district determines that the person or business entity failed to give notice as required by Subsection (a) or misrepresented the conduct resulting in the conviction. The district must compensate the person or business entity for services performed before the termination of the contract.” Subsection (c) states, "This section does not apply to a publicly held corporation. Renewable Energy Credit has the meaning set forth in California Public Utilities Code Section 399.12(h) and CPUC Decision 00-00-000, as may be amended from time to time or as further defined or supplemented by Law.
Mutual holding company means that term as defined in section 10(o) of the home owners' loan act, chapter 64, titles III and IX of Public Law 101-73, 12 U.S.C. 1467a, and OTS regulations governing mutual holding companies.

Your local utility will continue to deliver your gas, read your meter, send you a bill, and make necessary repairs. Your local utility will also respond to emergencies and provide other basic utility services as required. XOOM Energy is not an agent of your local utility and your utility will not be liable for any of XOOM Energy’s acts, omissions, or representations. Price: Your rate for gas purchases will be a fixed price of $0.5990 per therm, plus taxes and fees, if applicable, and a monthly administrative fee of $2.99. You will continue to be responsible for all charges assessed and billed by your local utility for all services it provides, including any other fees or taxes specifically associated with services it continues to provide during the term of this Agreement, including transportation charges payable for Core Aggregation Service.

renewable energy sources means renewable sources such as small hydro, wind, solar including its integration with combined cycle, biomass, bio fuel cogeneration, urban or municipal waste and other such sources as approved by the MNRE;
Construction industry means the work activity designated in sector group 23 - construction of the North American classification system - United States Office of Management and Budget, 1997 edition.
