Retained Businesses means all businesses now, previously or hereafter conducted by Sellers or any of their Affiliates, other than the Businesses, and “Retained Business” specifically includes the Specified Retained Businesses.
Core Business means any material line of business conducted by the Company and its Subsidiaries as of the Closing Date and any business directly related thereto.
Company Business means the business of the Company as presently conducted.
Transferred Business has the meaning ascribed to such term in the Separation Agreement.

Restricted business operations do not include business operations that the person (as that term is defined in Section 2 of the Sudan Accountability and Divestment Act of 2007) conducting the business can demonstrate—
Disabled Business Enterprise means a business owned by a person with a disability that is a continuing, independent, for-profit business that performs a commercially useful function, and is at least fifty-one (51%) owned and controlled by one (1) or more persons with a disability, or, in the case of any publicly-owned business, at least fifty one percent (51%) of the stock of which is owned and controlled by one(1) or more persons with a disability and whose management and daily business operations are under the control of one (1) or more persons with a disability.

Each side of the highway is considered separately in applying this definition except that where it is not topographically feasible for a sign or sign structure to be erected or maintained on the same side of the highway as the permanent structure devoted to industrial or commercial purposes, a business area may be established on the opposite side of a primary highway in an area zoned commercial or industrial or in an unzoned area with the approval of the state highway commission.
