Examples of Shipyard Site in a sentence

  • The Parties intend that the Streetscape Plan will relate to the Shipyard Site and the Candlestick Site, respectively, and create integration and conformity of the streetscapes as described in the Streetscape Plan.

  • Developer shall work cooperatively with the Agency and the artists on the Shipyard Site, and as the case may be in consultation with the PAC and CAC, to complement the Shipyard Artist Studios by providing to the Agency, at no cost to the Agency, a parcel of land equal to between fifteen thousand (15,000) and thirty thousand (30,000) square feet on which an Arts Center may be constructed.

  • Developer shall reasonably cooperate with the Agency and the City, and as the case may be in consultation with the PAC and CAC, to facilitate the rehabilitation of Building 813 on the Shipyard Site, which totals approximately two hundred sixty thousand (260,000) gross square feet, for use as a center for the incubation of emerging businesses and technologies, including, but not limited to, clean tech, biotech, green business, arts and digital media.

  • The Streetscape Plan, as described in Exhibit E-B to this DRDAP, consisting of two separate streetscape plans – one for the Shipyard Site and one for the Candlestick Site – shall be submitted to the Agency not less than ninety (90) days before the submittal of the first Major Phase Application (the “Streetscape Submittal Date”).

  • On the Reference Date, the Agency found and determined that: (A) certain Project Costs are attributable to redevelopment (including Infrastructure and other Improvements) that is of primary benefit to the Candlestick Site; and (B) certain Project Costs are attributable to redevelopment (including Infrastructure and other Improvements) that is of primary benefit to the Shipyard Site.

  • The Parties shall further interpret the DDA consistent with the fact that as of the Fourth Amendment Reference Date, the Excusable Delay provisions of the DDA are applicable to all dates in the Schedule Performance for the Shipyard Site and once Developer and Agency acknowledge in writing that Excusable Delay no longer exists at the Shipyard Site, Developer will provide Agency with an updated Schedule of Performance and Phasing Plan for the Shipyard Site.

  • The Parties intend that the Signage Plan will relate to the Shipyard Site and the Candlestick Site, respectively, and create integration and conformity of the building signage as described in the Signage Plan.

  • The Signage Plan, as described in Exhibit E-B, consisting of two separate signage plans – one for the Shipyard Site and one for the Candlestick Site – shall be submitted to the Agency not less than ninety (90) days before the submittal of the first Sub-Phase Application (the “Signage Submittal Date”).

Related to Shipyard Site

  • Shipyard means a facility capable of performing overhaul, repair, and maintenance work on covered vessels.

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.

  • Installation Site means the site at which the Product is originally installed.

  • Facility Site means the site described in Schedule B. “FERC” means the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

  • construction site means a workplace where construction work is being performed;

  • storage vessel means a pressure vessel as defined in the Regulations for Pressure Vessels made under the Occupational Health and Safety Act;

  • Work Site means the site where the Work is being performed.

  • On-site means the same or geographically contiguous property which may be divided by public or private right-of- way, provided the entrance and exit between the properties is at a cross-roads intersection, and access is by crossing as opposed to going along, the right-of-way. Non-contiguous properties owned by the same person but connected by a right-of-way which he controls and to which the public does not have access, is also considered on-site property.

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.

  • Cultivation site means a location where cannabis is planted, grown, harvested, dried, cured, graded, or trimmed, or a location where any combination of those activities occurs.

  • Reception center means a business that:

  • Delivery Site means the places specified in the Delivery Schedule for the purpose of Delivery or Installation of the Supplies and Services, or any other places nominated by the Engineer and notified in writing to the Contractor;

  • Owner-builder means an owner or lessor of real property who, by himself or by or through others, constructs or has constructed or reconstructs or has reconstructed any improvement to real property.

  • Vessel means the vessel/craft belonging to the Contractor for carrying out the work.

  • Outbuilding means and refer to structures such as (by way of example and not limitation) storage buildings, sheds, greenhouses, gazebos and other Roofed Structures.

  • Contractor’s Equipment means all apparatus, machinery, vehicles and other things required for the execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of any defects. However, Contractor’s Equipment excludes Temporary Works, Employer’s Equipment (if any), Plant, Materials and any other things intended to form or forming part of the Equipment.

  • Plant Site (Works, Factory) means the local integration of one or more plants, with any intermediate administrative levels, which are under one operational control, and includes common infrastructure, such as:

  • Building site means a plot of land held for building purposes, whether any building is actually erected thereupon or not, and includes the open ground or courtyard enclosed by, or adjacent to, any building erected thereupon;

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • Dock means a fixed or floating structure extending from land out over water, including access walkways, terminal platforms, catwalks, mooring pilings, lifts, davits, and other associated water-dependent structures, used for mooring and accessing vessels.

  • Underground facility means any item which shall be buried or placed below ground for use in connection with the storage or conveyance of water, sewage, electronic, telephone or telegraphic communications, electric energy, oil, gas or other substances, and shall include, but not be limited to pipes, sewers, conduits, cables, valves, lines, wires, manholes, attachments and those portions of poles and their attachments below ground.

  • Premises means the location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Specification.

  • Work area means a room or defined space in a workplace where hazardous chemicals are produced or used, and where employees are present.

  • Port means a line or trunk connection point, including a line card and associated peripheral equipment, on a Central Office Switch but does not include Switch features. The Port serves as the hardware termination for line or Trunk Side facilities connected to the Central Office Switch. Each Line Side Port is typically associated with one or more telephone numbers that serve as the Customer's network address.

  • Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs. STATE means the Oregon Department of Forestry, State Forester, or a duly Authorized Representative of the State Forester.

  • New Building ’ means a new construction to house a complete motor vehicle as- sembly process, where that construction includes the pouring or construction of a new foundation and floor, the erection of a new frame and roof, and the instal- lation of new plumbing and electrical and other utilities;
