SIDE YARD WIDTH definition

SIDE YARD WIDTH means the shortest horizontal dimension of a side yard of a lot between the side lot line and the nearest wall of the nearest main building or structure on the lot;
SIDE YARD WIDTH means the shortest horizontal dimension of a side yard between the side lot line of a lot and the nearest part of any building, structure or excavation on such lot.
