Sign facing definition

Sign facing means all sign faces erected on the same sign structure facing the same (or approximately the same) sign direction.
Sign facing means and includes a sign display or displays at the same location and facing the same direction.
Sign facing or “face” means a single sign message separated from other sign facings by border or trim. "State law" means a State constitutional provision or statute, or an ordinance, rule, or regulation enacted or adopted by a state agency or political subdivision of a State pursuant to a State constitution or statute.

Sign facing means the total advertising surface of an outdoor advertising sign, display or device which is visible from the main-traveled way of the highway. For purposes of this definition, a single sign facing may consist of one or more sign panels facing in one direction.

Landlord’s approval of the Working Drawings shall not be a representation or warranty of Landlord that such drawings are adequate for any use or comply with any Law, but shall merely be the consent of Landlord thereto. Tenant shall, at Landlord’s request, sign the Working Drawings to evidence its review and approval thereof. After the Working Drawings have been approved, Tenant shall cause the Work to be performed in accordance with the Working Drawings.

  • Design torso angle means the angle measures between a vertical line through the "R" point and the torso line in a position which corresponds to the design position of the seat-back established by the vehicle manufacturer;

  • Construction Drawings means those drawings containing the technical details associated with the design, construction and installation of the Infrastructure;

  • Design-build team means an entity that consists of:

  • Common Facility Means a place where tenants utilise the same equipment such as kitchen, laundry and meeting room and or car park.
