Signatory Handler means any handler who has signed this Agreement.

Examples of Signatory Handler in a sentence

  • Any assessment levied pursuant to this Agreement shall constitute a debt of every Signatory Handler so assessed and shall be due and payable to the Department or the Board at such times and in such a manner as the Department may prescribe.

  • Each Signatory Handler to this Agreement hereby agrees to be bound by and to comply with all the provisions of this Agreement and any rules or regulations made by the Department pursuant to this Agreement and agrees to perform each and every act and obligation.
