Signature Card definition

Signature Card means a document signed and submitted by the Client to the Bank which is designed by the Bank and forms an inseparable part of the Framework Agreement, containing the model signatures of authorized signatories in connection with the agreement, issued upon conclusion of the agreement or thereafter between the Client and the Bank.

Signature Card means the signature card for an Account that you signed.

Signature Card means the “Master Client Agreement for Business Clients – Signature Card” on which Signing Authorities, including the Lead Program Administrator(s), are identified.

Signature Card means, in respect of an Account, a document that is signed by a person who is authorized to give instructions in respect of the Account, or electronic data that constitutes the Signature of such a person. “Username” means either the Customer Card Number that you have at the time the Services were first made available to you or a username that is selected in accordance with our guidelines. If a Customer Card Number is used as the Username, the Username will not be automatically updated by ATB Financial if a new card with a new Customer Card Number is issued to you.
