Significant parcel of real property definition

Significant parcel of real property means real property owned by the County that has an assessed value or presumptive assessed value greater than $100,000.
Significant parcel of real property means a parcel with a value equal to or greater than $50,000.00.

  • Real Property means, collectively, all right, title and interest (including any leasehold estate) in and to any and all parcels of or interests in real property owned in fee or leased by any Loan Party, whether by lease, license, or other means, together with, in each case, all easements, hereditaments and appurtenances relating thereto, all improvements and appurtenant fixtures and equipment, incidental to the ownership, lease or operation thereof.

  • Owned Real Property has the meaning set forth in Section 4.10(a).

  • Residential real property means real property improved by a one to four family dwelling used or occupied, or intended to be used or occupied, wholly or partly, as the home or residence of one or more persons, but shall not refer to (a) unimproved real property upon which such dwellings are to be constructed or (b) condominium units or cooperative apartments or (c) property on a homeowners’ association that is not owned in fee simple by the seller.

  • Owned Real Properties has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16(b).

  • Rental Property means a hotel room, vacation home, or other rental property You booked for Your stay during Your Trip.

  • Real Property Interests means all interests in Owned Real Property and Leased Real Property, including fee estates, leaseholds and subleaseholds, purchase options, easements, licenses, rights to access, and rights of way, and all buildings and other improvements thereon and appurtenant thereto, owned or held by Sellers that are used in the business or operations of the Stations, together with any additions, substitutions and replacements thereof and thereto between the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date, but excluding the Excluded Real Property Interests.

  • Material Leased Real Property has the meaning specified in Section 4.17(b).

  • Qualified buildings means construction of new structures,

  • Leasehold condominium means a condominium in which all or a portion of the real estate is subject to a lease the expiration or termination of which will terminate the condominium or reduce its size.

  • Material Real Property means any fee owned Real Property located in the United States that is owned by any Loan Party with a fair market value in excess of $10,000,000 (at the Closing Date or, with respect to Real Property acquired after the Closing Date, at the time of acquisition, in each case, as reasonably estimated by the Borrower in good faith).

  • Unimproved Land means land on which no development (other than improvements that are not material and are temporary in nature) has occurred.

  • Parcel means an identifiable unit of land that is treated as separate for valuation or zoning purposes.
