Silver Alert definition

Silver Alert means the communication of information to the public by a city agency that provides indentifying information for a senior citizen with cognitive impairments who is reported missing to a law enforcement agency.
Silver Alert means a notification system, activated pursuant to subdivision (b), designed to issue and coordinate alerts with respect to a person who is 65 years of age or older, developmentally disabled, or cognitively impaired, and who is reported missing.
Silver Alert means a New Mexico state law, passed in 2013, that requires notification relating to an endangered person confirmed to be a missing person, who is fifty (50) years or older and for whom there is clear indication of irreversible deterioration of intellectual faculties.
