If the Holder does not provide the Agent with directions as to the reinvestment of any property of the Account, which may mature or no longer be offered as an investment selection by the Agent, the Agent will reinvest the Property in units of the default fund as specified in the Invesco Simplified Prospectus until otherwise directed by the Holder.
