Key Features Document definition

Key Features Document means a document describing the key features of the Bond. You will receive a Key Features Document before You make Your Initial Payment.
Key Features Document means the separate document of that name containing information relating to MPF; “Losses” means any losses, claims, proceedings, demands, actions, costs, or expenses;

More Definitions of Key Features Document

Key Features Document means the document prepared in accordance with the FCA Rules on preparing product information.
Key Features Document means a document that we issue to the member before he or she joins the Scheme and/or invests in a SIF under a PP plan or a drawdown plan. Personal Security Details means any personal details or security process that we ask you to use to confirm your identity or authorise a Payment Instruction to us. These may include a password, selected personal information or other security numbers or codes that we give you or that you choose. Receivership Order means a UK court order granting a third party (a receiver) the right to operate your Account on your behalf. Specific Condition means any condition contained in a Key Features Document which applies to an Account in addition to these General Savings Conditions. Tariff of Fees means the fees and charges which you may have to pay to use your Account.
