SINA Disclosure Schedule means the Disclosure Schedule attached hereto, dated as of the date hereof, delivered by SINA to CRIC in connection with this Agreement.

  • Except as set forth in Section 3.25 of the SINA Disclosure Schedule, there are no contracts, agreements, arrangements, understandings, transactions or proposed transactions between any China Online Company, on the one hand, and any shareholder or Affiliate, on the other hand (any such transaction, a “China Online Related Party Transaction”).

  • Parent Disclosure Schedule means the disclosure schedule dated the date hereof regarding this Agreement that has been provided by Parent to the Company.
