Singapore Guarantee definition

Singapore Guarantee means the Singapore Guarantee Agreement, made by each of the Singapore Guarantors in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Lenders to the UK Borrower and the other Secured Parties named therein, substantially in the form of Exhibit J-1, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Singapore Guarantee means the guarantee agreement pursuant to which Singapore HoldCo will guarantee the payment obligations of Singapore SPV under the Closing Promissory Note.
Singapore Guarantee means the guarantee agreement pursuant to which EIG Singapore will guarantee the payment obligations of EIG Holdings under the Closing Promissory Note.
