Single Track Trail definition

Single Track Trail means the area designated as Single Track Trail on the Final Open Space and Trails Plan, which provides access to Xxxxxxx Village Condominiums and the Ice Hill trail at Winter Park Resort and connects to the Ski Trail Connection throughout the Xxxxxx Creek Village Property as depicted on the Final Open Space and Trails Plan.

  • Segregated facilities, as used in this provision, means any waiting rooms, work areas, rest rooms and wash rooms, restaurants and other eating areas, time clocks, locker rooms and other storage or dressing areas, parking lots, drinking fountains, recreation or entertainment areas, transportation, and housing facilities provided for employees, that are segregated by explicit directive or are in fact segregated on the basis of race, color, religion, or national origin because of habit, local custom, or otherwise.

NYISO, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Developer must agree as to what constitutes Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities and identify them in Appendix A to this Agreement.

  • Operating Property means any property owned, leased, or operated by the Party in question or by any of its Subsidiaries or in which such Party or Subsidiary holds a security interest or other interest (including an interest in a fiduciary capacity), and, where required by the context, includes the owner or operator of such property, but only with respect to such property.
