Access to Xxxxxxx. (a) If an employee is to be disciplined and a meeting is held with the employee to administer such discipline, the employee shall be entitled to have a Xxxxxxx or Union staff representative present.
Access to Xxxxxxx xxx's Community and Calendar Tools. Mpath will provide eUniverse with reasonable access to Xxxxxxx.xxx's community and calendar tools to assist eUniverse in scheduling and promoting events.
Access to Xxxxxxx. Grantor shall have access at all reasonable times at Grantor’s sole risk to inspect the xxxxxxx floor of all xxxxx drilled on the Subject Lands as well as all other operational areas and equipment and structures located thereon.
Access to Xxxxxxx. An employee at the work site who is discharged or suspended without notice shall have the right to meet with a Xxxxxxx for a reasonable period of time before leaving the Institute premises. The unavailability of a Xxxxxxx shall not require the Institute to call one in, nor to pay overtime or any other premium to obtain the presence of a Xxxxxxx, nor shall the absence of a Xxxxxxx, in itself, void any action. A copy of any suspension or discharge letter shall be provided to the United Steelworkers.
Access to Xxxxxxx. (a) If an employee is requested to attend any investigative meeting which may result in discipline to him/her, the employee may have a xxxxxxx present.

GBI shall cause Game Base, Inc., a Delaware corporation, to enter into a no-cost agreement with the Company to provide the Company with access to the player list of Xxxxxxx.xxx and links to Xxxxxxx.xxx (an online fantasy sports Internet portal owned and operated by GBI principals) and hyperlink access from Xxxxxxx.xxx to the Venetian Interactive Internet portal contemplated by the Contribution Agreement between the Company and Venetian.
Access to Xxxxxxx. Xxxxxxx shall (a) give to the Company and to the Company's counsel, accountants and other representatives reasonable access, during normal business hours, throughout the period prior to the Closing Date (as defined in Section 2.2), to all of the books, contracts, commitments and other records of Xxxxxxx and shall furnish the Company during such period with all information concerning Xxxxxxx that the Company may reasonably request; and (b) afford to the Company and to the Company's representatives, agents, employees and independent contractors reasonable access, during normal business hours, to the properties of Xxxxxxx, in order to conduct inspections at the Company's expense to determine that Xxxxxxx is operating in compliance with all applicable federal, state, local and foreign statutes, rules and regulations, and all material building, fire and zoning laws or regulations and that the assets of Xxxxxxx are substantially in the condition and of the capacities represented and warranted in this Agreement; provided, however, that in every instance described in (a) and (b), the Company shall make arrangements with Xxxxxxx reasonably in advance and shall use its best efforts to avoid interruption and to minimize interference with the normal business and operations of Xxxxxxx. Any such investigation or inspection by the Company shall not be deemed a waiver of, or otherwise limit, the representations, warranties or covenants of Xxxxxxx contained herein.
Access to Xxxxxxx. Xhe Subcustodian will not refuse any reasonable request for inspection and audit of its books and records concerning transactions and balances of the Subscription Accounts by an agent of the Fund or the Custodian.
