Single use towel definition

Single use towel means a cloth towel that is used by one (1) child or adult for a single hand washing. The towel is then placed in a hamper or other container to be laundered; or a single use cloth towel may be assigned to a specific child or adult to be used for multiple hand washings. The towel is then placed in a hamper or other container to be laundered at the end of each day.
