Site Management Plan definition

Site Management Plan means a legal agreement between the department and the landowner for management of a bald eagle nest or roost site. This plan may be a list of conditions on a permit or a more detailed, site-specific plan.
Site Management Plan or “SMP” shall mean a planning document entitled “Bradford Island, Columbia River Site Management Plan,” prepared specifically under Section XIDEADLINES AND CONTENTS OF SITE MANAGEMENT PLAN, which contains timetables, plans, or Schedules that indicate the times and sequences of events. The Site Management Plan will be used as a management tool in planning, reviewing and setting priorities for all response activities at the facility. Milestones developed under the terms of this Agreement are listed in the SMP. Deadlines listed in the SMP are subject to stipulated penalties in accordance with Section XXI – STIPULATED PENALTIES.
Site Management Plan means the project or site management plan, a copy of which can be located at the office of the Project Manager.
