Site Supplement definition

Site Supplement means an individual license for a particular facility located within the public right-of-way and generally authorized by this Agreement, in a form approved by the City of Loveland at the time of application and approval for such individual license.
Site Supplement means that certain form of site license that will be entered into between Licensor and Licensee for each Licensed Premises, the form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A-1 or Exhibit A-2 (depending on the type of Wireless Telecommunication Facility).
Site Supplement means the form of license granted by this Agreement, described in Section 2 below pertaining to a Municipal Facility, and attached as Exhibit A.

Examples of Site Supplement in a sentence

  • Execution of this Agreement or any Site Supplement does not constitute the issuance of a Permit.

  • This Agreement and all Site Supplements may only be cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement or any Site Supplement.

  • Upon Licensor approval, the approved plans are inserted in Exhibit 1 attached to a Site Supplement.

  • The invoice shall set forth the total number of Poles on which Licensee has been issued a Site Supplement during the annual period, including all previously authorized and active Site Supplements.

  • In the event of a Default, without limiting the non-defaulting Party in the exercise of any right or remedy which the non-defaulting Party may have by reason of such Default, the non-defaulting Party may terminate this Agreement if the Default affects all Site Supplements and the Agreement as a whole, or any Site Supplement subject to the Default, and/or pursue any remedy now or hereafter available to the non-defaulting Party under the Law.

  • Further, Licensee shall install a disconnect device at each Municipal Facility on which it installs Small Cell Equipment pursuant to a Site Supplement so that in case of emergency or to protect the public health or safety where Licensee is not able to immediately deactivate the Small Cell Equipment, Licensor may disconnect such Small Cell Equipment from its power source and safely shut it down.

  • Any approved Site Supplement shall also include a list of approved Small Cell Equipment in Exhibit 1 to each Site Supplement.

  • Licensee may cancel this Agreement or any Site Supplement before the date of expiration by providing the Licensor with thirty (30) days express written notice of cancellation.

  • An approved Site Supplement allows Licensee to access, occupy and use allocated available space on each of the identified Municipal Facilities in Exhibit 1 to the corresponding Site Supplement to attach, install, operate, maintain, upgrade, remove, reattach, reinstall, relocate and replace the Small Cell Equipment, as identified in such Exhibit 1.


More Definitions of Site Supplement

Site Supplement means the form of site supplement set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
Site Supplement means the form of the license granted by this Agreement, described in Sections 2 and 3 below, and shown within Exhibit A of this Agreement.
Site Supplement means each separate site license authorization granted by Licensor, pursuant to Section 2 below, and substantially in the form shown on Exhibit A, which shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Related to Site Supplement

  • Interconnection Agreement means the interconnection agreement entered into by Seller pursuant to which the Facility will be interconnected with the Transmission System, and pursuant to which Seller’s Interconnection Facilities and any other Interconnection Facilities will be constructed, operated and maintained during the Contract Term.

  • Maintenance agreement means a document recorded in the land records that acts as a property deed restriction, and which provides for long-term maintenance of stormwater management practices.

  • Contract Amendment means a written document signed by the Procurement Officer that is issued for the purpose of making changes in the Contract.
