Site Supplement definition

Site Supplement means an individual license for a particular facility located within the public right-of-way and generally authorized by this Agreement, in a form approved by the City of Loveland at the time of application and approval for such individual license.

Examples of Site Supplement in a sentence

  • Execution of this Agreement or any Site Supplement does not constitute the issuance of a Permit.

  • This Agreement and all Site Supplements may only be cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement or any Site Supplement.

  • Upon Licensor approval, the approved plans are inserted in Exhibit 1 attached to a Site Supplement.

  • If Licensee proposes to install equipment which is different in any material way from the then-existing and approved Small Cell Equipment, then Licensee shall first apply for and obtain the written approval for the use and installation of the unauthorized equipment from an authorized representative of the Licensor via a new or amended Site Supplement.

  • Further, Licensee shall install a disconnect device at each Municipal Facility on which it installs Small Cell Equipment pursuant to a Site Supplement so that in case of emergency or to protect the public health or safety where Licensee is not able to immediately deactivate the Small Cell Equipment, Licensor may disconnect such Small Cell Equipment from its power source and safely shut it down.

  • In the event of a Default, without limiting the non-defaulting Party in the exercise of any right or remedy which the non-defaulting Party may have by reason of such Default, the non-defaulting Party may terminate this Agreement if the Default affects all Site Supplements and the Agreement as a whole, or any Site Supplement subject to the Default, and/or pursue any remedy now or hereafter available to the non-defaulting Party under the Laws or judicial decisions of the State of California.

Related to Site Supplement

  • Lease Supplement means a Lease Supplement, substantially in the form of Schedule 2 hereto, to be entered into between Lessor and Lessee on the Delivery Date for the purpose of leasing the Aircraft under and pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, and any subsequent Lease Supplement entered into in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Exchange Note Supplement means the 2018-B Exchange Note Supplement, dated as of the Cutoff Date, to the Credit and Security Agreement.

  • Construction Agreement as used in this subsection means an agreement between Seller and any contractor or subcontractor to install the System;

  • RfS Document means the bidding document issued by MSEDCL including all attachments, clarifications and amendments thereof.
