Municipal Facility definition

Municipal Facility means the exterior of any building or structure and its interior assets, or an area of land that is not a Park or Street, that is owned by or under the control of the City.
Municipal Facility means all municipally-owned or municipally-leased facilities.
Municipal Facility means facilities owned, leased, rented, allocated, programmed, operated or managed by the Municipality, intended for public or Municipal Staff use. This includes, but is not limited to, parks and trails, recreation facilities, staff offices and workspaces, meeting rooms, community meeting spaces, Municipal Hall, and spaces where Municipal Services are provided, but does not include facilities or portions thereof that are occupied by the RCMP or police department;

Examples of Municipal Facility in a sentence

  • Licensee shall keep the Equipment and other improvements by Licensee on the Municipal Facility, if any, in good repair.

  • Licensor will use reasonable efforts to accommodate Licensee by making another reasonably equivalent Municipal Facility available for use in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • If any ground based equipment is proposed in connection with the operation of Small Cell Equipment on an individual Municipal Facility, the request must identify the ground based equipment and the plan must also depict such equipment.

  • In the event of an emergency or to protect the public health or safety, prior to the Licensor accessing or performing any work on a Municipal Facility on which Licensee has installed Small Cell Equipment, Licensor may require Licensee to deactivate such Small Cell Equipment if any of Licensor’s employees or agents must move closer to the Small Cell Equipment than the FCC recommended minimum distance.

  • Licensee shall have the right to attach Small Cell Equipment to the designated space on the specific Municipal Facility as further described in Exhibit 1 attached hereto (the “Licensed Area”).
