Site Transfer Fee definition

Site Transfer Fee means, at Crown Gas & Power`s option, the higher of (i) £100; and (ii) the product of ((the Weighted Average Unit Charge minus the relevant Price Cap unit rate(s)) multiplied by FAC) converted to pounds sterling by dividing by 100.
Site Transfer Fee means the higher of (i) £100; and (ii) the product of ((the Unit Charge minus the relevant Price Cap unit rate) multiplied by FAC) converted into pounds sterling by dividing by 100. ‘Siteworks’ means installation, alteration, removal/disconnection and replacement of utility infrastructure.
Site Transfer Fee means the higher of (i) £100; and (ii) the product of ((Unit Charge minus Price Cap in respect of the unit rate) multiplied by FAC) divided by 100.

Related to Site Transfer Fee

  • Transfer Fee means the fee payable by the Hirer to the Employment Business in accordance with clause 3.7, as permitted by Regulation 10 of the Conduct Regulations;

  • Auction Final Price means the price, if any, determined to be the Auction Final Price pursuant to Section 12 of these Credit Derivatives Auction Settlement Terms (expressed as a percentage, in increments equal to the Relevant Pricing Increment, of the outstanding principal balance, rather than the face amount, of Deliverable Obligations).

  • Title Transfer as herein used means transfer of ownership reported in the records of Carrier of a stated quantity of Petroleum in the custody of Carrier from one entity to another.
