Host county means the county within the human service zone in which the human service zone administrative office is located and in which the human service zone team members are employed.
County means the county of Los Angeles or any public entities for which the board of supervisors is the governing body. (Ord. 2002-0040 § 1, 2002: Ord. 2002-0015 § 1 (part), 2002)
County highway means a public road that is constructed and
County clerk means the county clerk or the county official in charge of elections.
County board means a county board of developmental disabilities.
District Council means a district council within the meaning of the Local Government Act (Northern Ireland) 1972(7);
Counties means, collectively, Macomb County, Oakland County and Wayne County.
Surface waters of the state means perennial and seasonal streams, lakes, ponds, and tidal waters within the jurisdiction of the state, including all streams, lakes, or ponds bordering on the state, marshes, water courses, and other bodies of water, natural or artificial.
Rural county means a county of the third, fourth, fifth, or sixth class.
School district means a public school district.
Resident district means the school district in which a student is entitled to attend school under section 3313.64 or 3313.65 of the Revised Code.
City Clerk means the person appointed by Council to carry out the duties of the clerk described in section 228 of the Municipal Act, 2001;
County Assessor means the Greenville County Assessor, or the person holding any successor office of the County.
Competent Court means the Supreme Court of India or any High Court, or any tribunal or any similar judicial or quasi-judicial body that has jurisdiction in relation to issues relating to the Project.
County Engineer means the holder of the statutory office of County Engineer for Harris County or the employee designated by the County Engineer to perform a task required by these Regulations.
Parish means the ecclesiastical parish in which the Academy is situated or one which it serves;
Cook means an employee who grills food on a salamander, stove, hot plate or barbecue type cooker and shall include preparing, frying or cooking fish or chicken or cooking pizzas.
Urban district means the territory contiguous to and including any street or highway which is built up with structures devoted to business, industry, or dwelling houses situated at intervals of less than one hundred feet for a distance of a quarter of a mile or more, and the character of such territory is indicated by official traffic control devices.
Host Country means, with respect to an Insured Person, the country or territory the Insured Person is visiting or in which the Insured Person is living, which is not the Insured Person’s Home Country.
County Council means Greenville County Council, the governing body of the County.
Commissioners Court means Travis County Commissioners Court.
County Manager means the County Manager appointed by the County Council pursuant to the Luzerne County Charter;
SITC means the Standard International Trade Classification, Revision 3 (SITC, Rev. 3), published by the United Nations in Statistical Papers, Series M, No. 34/Rev. 3 (1986);
County authority means the board of county commissioners,
Waters of the State means the ocean and its estuaries, all springs, streams, wetlands, and bodies of surface or groundwater, whether natural or artificial, within the boundaries of the State of New Jersey or subject to its jurisdiction.
Resident school district means the public school district in which the student resides.
