SLFC Bailment Agreement definition

SLFC Bailment Agreement means the Bailment Agreement, dated as of December 1, 1999, as amended by Amendment No. 1 to Bailment Agreement, dated as of July 1, 2001, each among SLFC, the Trustee and Edlinc.
