Examples of SLN Placement Agent in a sentence

  • The Issuer will not terminate the SLN Placement Agent Agreement or the Depositary Agreement before entering into a secured liquidity note placement agreement or depositary agreement, as the case may be, which is substantially similar to the SLN Placement Agent Agreement or the Depositary Agreement, as the case may be.
