SMALL PERSONAL definition

SMALL PERSONAL. BOXES may include one person’s name. “SMALL BUSINESS” BOXES may include one business name. Thereafter, there is an additional charge per name. A limit of 3 names applies for a small box. “MEDIUM” and “LARGE” BOXES may have up to two (2) business names at no additional charge. Thereafter, there is an additional charge per name. A limit of 5 names applies for medium and large boxes. All individuals and entities must complete a separate Form 1583 per USPS Regulations. Please refer to the Center’s current Schedule of Fees for additional charges.
SMALL PERSONAL. Boxes may include two (2) names individuals. “SMALL BUSINESS” may include up to four (4) names, individual and business. “MEDIUM” may include up to seven (7) names, individual and business.

  • Mentally ill person means a person with substantially impaired capacity to use self-control, judgment, or discretion in the conduct of the person's affairs and social relations, associated with maladaptive behavior or recognized emotional symptoms where impaired capacity, maladaptive behavior, or emotional symptoms can be related to physiological, psychological, or social factors;

  • Personal watercraft means a vessel that uses an outboard motor or an inboard engine

  • School personnel means professional employee or professional’s delegate of the school district who provides health, educational, social, psychological, law enforcement, or child care services.

  • Educational personnel means persons who must meet requirements pursuant to state law as a condition of employment in educational programs.

  • Service Planning Team or “SPT” means a team who includes the Individual and/or the Individual’s identified support network, Contractor’s lead administrative staff supporting medical, behavioral and activity oversight called out in this Contract, Contractor’s Administrator or designee and ODHS Designee. The team is responsible for overseeing the Individual’s Service Plan and all other associated plans or services in this Contract.
