Snagging Notice definition

Snagging Notice means a notice to be issued by the Grantor's Representative in accordance with Clause 16.5 (Construction Completion);
Snagging Notice means the notice to be issued by the Independent Tester in accordance with Clause 17.14;
Snagging Notice means the notice to be issued by the Authority's Representative in accordance with Clause 16.12 (Completion Certificate)

  • Where there are Snagging Matters, the parties shall procure that the Independent Tester shall, within [ ] Business Days of the date of issue of the [relevant] Certificate of Practical Completion, issue a Snagging Notice which shall specify the Snagging Matters and an estimate of the cost of rectifying such Snagging Matters.

  • Within [five (5)] Business Days of issue of the [relevant] Certificate of Practical Completion, issue a Snagging Notice specifying any Snagging Matters.
