Society Staff Officer means an employee of the Society. The Union shall have the right to the assistance of a Society Staff Officer when dealing or negotiating with the employer. Such representative shall have reasonable access to the employer’s premises in order to investigate or assist in the settlement of a grievance. Prior to this investigation, such Staff Officer, or their designate, will endeavor to provide reasonable notice and be required to notify the Director, Human Resources, or their representative, of their presence in the workplace. Access to the premises will be in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
