To exercise its purchase option, Railways will, not less than Ninety (90) days prior to the proposed Purchase Date, provide written notice to the Solar Company of Railways’ intent to exercise its option to purchase the System on such Purchase Date.

All costs pertaining to the installation and performance of the Commissioning Tests shall be borne by the Solar Company and such costs shall not be recoverable in any form from the Procurer, the Relevant Discom, or GEDCOL.
