Solar Output definition

Solar Output means the total amount of electricity generated by the Solar Energy Facility and delivered to the Utility at the Interconnection Point from the Commercial Operations Date until the end of the Term, expressed in terms of kilowatt hours (“kWh”) on a monthly or other basis.
Solar Output means the Energy and all other Attributes produced by and associated with the Facility.
Solar Output means the energy, and all the associated Environmental Attributes (including RECs), electrical products, and capacity, produced by and associated with the Facility.

  • You acknowledge the measurement of the Facility Solar Output shall be based upon readings at the Utility Meter.

  • A successor Participant may transfer their Solar Output to subsequent successor Participants under this section.

  • This PPA (including Appendices A through H) constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes any previous agreements between the Parties regarding the purchase and sale of Solar Output and other Attributes from the Facility.

  • Title to and risk of loss related to Solar Output shall pass and transfer from Seller to PSE at the Point of Interconnection, provided that RECs shall pass and transfer from Seller to PSE in accordance with WREGIS procedures (or procedures of another registry, if applicable under Section 12.4).

  • Seller desires to sell, and PSE desires to purchase, all of the Solar Output and all other Attributes generated by or associated with Seller’s Facility.

  • Participant may NOT pledge the Solar Output as a security for any loan.

  • Participant understands and agrees that Participant’s acquisition of ownership of the Solar Output of their share of the Project pursuant to this Agreement does not give Participant any right to operate or control the Project or any portion of it.

Solar Output means, with respect to each SPPA, the supply of electrical energy output from the System and any associated reductions in Purchaser’s peak demand from its Local Electric Utility.
