Solid Waste Cart definition

Solid Waste Cart means a wheeled container intended for automated solid waste collection, which is a type approved by the COUNTY and has a capacity of 96 gallons with an attached, tight-fitting lid. The container will be xxxx with a black lid with “WASTE ONLY” embossed on two sides and the lid. Carts will be approved by the COUNTY prior to use.
